We visited the Open Air Adventure Park with our entire family - we ranged from 6 to 63. Cindy and the entire crew were amazing. We all had a a terrific experience and could focus on our own abilities and interests. For someone who is getting afraid of heights as I age, I felt completely safe but could still challenge myself. And it was a joy to experience this with our grandchildren. I would do this again. Thanks to all of you!

Only got 20 minutes of climbing before a thunderstorm came & we had to leave the course. 9-year old daughter was disappointed.

We completely understand your disappointment. Thunderstorms are an unfortunate part of being an outdoor based business subject to weather. When we have lightning come within a 10 mile radius we shut down our course until the lightning has been outside our range for 30 minutes. We always let our guests know that they can do a number of things with the lightning delay depending on their schedule. They can try to wait it out, we offer limited refunds whose amount depends on how long they were on property (refunds for bookings made through viator are handled through viator and not us), or we offer rain checks that never expire for a full visit (even if you only had less than half left of the adventure). Hopefully you can make it out again in the future with better weather.

This place is AMAZING!!! So much fun for the whole family. We spent two hours here and had a blast and it is close to Estes Park so did some exploring after. We will definitely be back and I recommend to all!
