Considering the mask mandate was still on and group activities had just started back up the previous month or so after the pandemic, we appreciated being able to attend this. The organization was a 5 star, the staff was great, the setting is spectacular (looking out towards the sunset) and entertainment was 4 star. There were unlimited drinks, let's just say we were never without the staff offering a mai tai. We got the usual shell necklace and had our group picture taken.. The tables were all set up with our name and even though we were towards the end of the line it didn't feel like we waited long to get our food (might have been the mai tai's). The food was a 3 probably - a typical buffet, not a lot of local food really, but not bad. No pig roast, but I think that might be a COVID thing. We were just glad we got to go to a luau - we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We made reservations just 3 days before. Price comparable to other luaus, but would do again.
Everything was organized, went like clockwork, staff was friendly, the entertainment was good. As a whole, with the pandemic rules still going on, they did a good job.
