The show was entertaining, fun and performers were great. Food was tasty with main dishes being the best. Wait staff was horrible. Never came by to ask for drinks and seemed to purposefully ignore us. Even when they came by to say we could go up for food, we asked for water, which they never brought us.

The whole experience was great. The hotel offers validated luau parking for $5, with parking attendants to guide you to a space. The check-in is easy, with a team of people guiding and checking reservations. The next stop is a photo op with the ocean as your background (photos will be available for purchase for $20 for an 8x10), then the drink station is your next stop before you are led to your table. I booked on Viator about 60 days before our trip and was assigned table 19 for our group of 4. Excellent views of the show and quick to be called for the buffet line. The food was really good — the pulled pork and beef were excellent. The side dishes were also great. You do not get seconds, so don’t take a little bit to try and expect to go back for more! The musical entertainment was top quality and enjoyable during the meal. There are roving table waiters who bring more drinks and clear the tables. Our waiter was Brian and he was constantly on the move. Be sure to tip your waiter! The show was great - featuring three male and three female dancers. One of our female dancers was a hula champion. The show is fun and educational. The male dancer who did the fire routine was amazing. I was not expecting this to be such a great event and I was very pleasantly surprised.

We didn’t validate our parking ticket. We didn’t know where or who to give it to. After luau Went to get car and was told they couldn’t give back cash? Two young girls were collecting the cash. Why wouldn’t they give back the cash? We tried paying with a $20 but had no cash. Then tried a ten. No cash back. Suppose to be $5. Who made the money? Hotel? Luau? Young girls? This sure seemed like ‘theft of services?’
