Beautiful country and exhilarating ride! Checked in and got started after harnessing up and getting some safety info. Rode to the first zipline, each time our harnesses were checked top to bottom. Our guides, Julio and Saber, were funny, informative and put everyone at ease with their clever banter. There is some slow paced walking on a light incline, and some stairs, but nothing that this over-50 could not handle. After the third zipline, we walked to the swimming hole. You could jump into the water from a platform about 15 feet high and/or swing in on a short zipline. Riding around Kipu Ranch, both guides gave us history and interesting tidbits about the ranch and answered several questions about local things to do and eating. The only thing I was worried aobut was supporting my weight and landing too hard on a trick knee. You do not have to support your weight and you do not use your arms or legs to stop yourself. Just do it!
