Adventure Tour - Grand Canyon West Rim with Skywalk (ADV)

Overview

Travel by airplane directly to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon for a 10 minute helicopter ride to a plateau near the bottom of the Grand Canyon.

The next stop is the world famous Skywalk. This architectural marvel extends 65 feet over the edge of the Canyon, with its 4,000 foot depth right beneath your feet.

Just outside the Skywalk you will experience the Hualapai Indian Culture through Native American Performances (occasional) and an Indian Village with ancient dwellings constructed in the traditional methods by local tribes. This area of the Canyon, known as Eagle Point.

The next stop on the tour will be Guano Point. This location offers one of the most scenic places to enjoy lunch (provided with the tour) at an outdoor eating area on a plateau surrounded on three sides by the magnificent Grand Canyon. After your lunch, enjoy a leisurely walk along a trail that extends out into the Canyon and enjoy the spectacular views and photo opportunities

Awesome experience! Lindsey was very helpful in working with us for booking. Max was a great pilot to and from GC. Helo, boat cruise, skywalk. Can't tell you what was best because it all was amazing.

This tour was definitely the highlight of our trip. Originally we had problems with Expedia’s booking, but Lindsey at Westwind stayed on top of the booking to make sure it went through. Max, our pilot, also was a great pilot and guide during our tour. He even helped the bus driver wipe down the foggy windshield during the monsoon that crept up on what was a sunny day. He may have literally saved all on board! The helicopter pilot was also very friendly and flew us inside the canyon for amazing views. Great crew, great company, and a definite great way to see the Grand Canyon.
