Operation City Quest is a digital scavenger hunt played using an app on your phone. The game is played all outdoors in public spaces, and you are not required to come into contact with anyone except your own team. Makes for the perfect social distancing activity!

There was a meeting location but no indicator when we got there that we were in the right place. The clues were so random and non specific and didn’t lead us in a forward direction but we were wondering around in circles. We quit after 45 minutes. After submitting the answer to a clue we received no validation as to whether we were correct of not.

Thank you for your feedback. You're correct, our game as described is an "Open World Hunt" game. We are not a tour. We are sorry you went in circles. You most likely didn't see that your remote guide was liking your photos. I do apologize, and only hoped we had an opportunity to explain the "game" to you prior. We will strive to change that so customers will know this isn't a tour, but a game. Thank you!

I had never done this, didnt get direction on how to get app or how to play until I called the 866 number. And after texting guide at scheduled start time. So we spent 35 minutes setting up app and login info. Not an easy task with a small child. It was fun trying to guess what to snap. Dont like how u can only snap as u answer. Some stuff I took pics of and tried to attach and couldnt.

Hi Amy, Thank you for your review. We are always trying to expedite the set up process, so please let us know if you have any suggestions, we appreciate your feedback. The app does not allow uploaded pictures, as that is how people cheat. That is the reason for the snapping of the photo right through the app. I hope that clears things up!
