Travelers should have a high level of physical fitness
All passenger weights MUST be input at time of booking. Maximum weight is 275 lbs. No exceptions. No refunds will be given if over the weight limits.
Check is 15 minutes before the start of the tour time. If you are late no refunds will be issued.
Closed toed shoes are required for all participants. (Crocs and water shoes are okay)

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

I’m so glad we decided to do this while visiting. It was a good time, something different + the staff was amazing. Miranda is on another level! Call ahead or get online for reservations, they fill up quickly! Go earlier in the day when it’s cooler! Also did the 3 line zip, was super fun!

Our guide was really lovely! I was wearing my pronoun pin and she noticed it before I said anything, and she was using the right pronouns for me right away. I know it seems small, but it meant to world to me. She also helped me find my sunglasses in the bushes after I smacked them off my face on accident :P The course was really awesome and challenging! My cousin and I had an awesome time going through the different tiers. I fell a few times and the safety catches made it perfectly safe. I was kinda cool to dangle there until I got my footing back. I highly recommend the jump off the highest tier, all of it was awesome!

This was a great family adventure. Both kids (13 and 16) worked together, helped each other but also completed the adventures at their own pace and style. The staff was kind, patient and engaging, They followed the safety protocols.
