Took the tour on 18AUG 2021. Had received notice that maximum of 8 passengers would be allowed in van due to covid safety. We arrived at pick up point and to our surprise the tour company had filled the van with 13 passengers, every seat, in this transport van. I was told by driver/tour guide that if I or anyone in my group did not want to go then we would be issued a refund. He said that the memo I had received about the number of passengers was an old memo, however, I received it 24 hours before my arrival. He drove us around the monuments and spoke on African American history for 3 plus hours but due to the tightness of the van, it was uncomfortable. We were then dropped off at the Museum with tickets and told goodbye at 12:30 I would say to stay away from this tour. You're better off walking the monuments and enjoying the sights. The hop on hop off buses seem to be more interesting.

The trip was worth the time and money! Bill Harris was our tour guide, he was a great teacher and very knowledgeable about the history of Washington. Now let me warn you, there is going to be quite a bit of walking, so come prepared with comfortable shoes. . I also recommend bringing an umbrella to help shield the sun and/or rain, we experienced both.
