The tour guide, Mr. Map as he referred to himself, was fun, energetic and a wealth of knowledge. He engaged my group of students( cadets) and they were delighted. He is a true asset to your company.

We bought the tour and we were called around 10:30 pm the night before and said they had bus trouble- we were able to get the passes via email. We arrived and went through the museum on our own ( which we could have done on our own anyway). I will be requesting a refund.

Our tour guide was wonderful but it was too long. The tour started at 10 am and ended at 4. This was too long for a family with kids. Very disappointed that we only got 1 hour at the museum. I do not recommend.
