This tour was awesome! The tour guide “Dre” was informative/knowledgeable. Drove throughout D. C. And history was throughly explained. We were given ample time at various stops during the tour for photo opportunities and bathroom breaks. Nice clean Aircondition bus, small group and good sites. Wished it was longer than three hours. After the tour completed, we were dropped off and escorted into the New African American museum for further African American history. Tour started at 10am n at 1:30pm the museum entrance. I was blown away. Timed tickets to the museum are hard to come by and this tour provide entrance at the end of the city tour. Highly recommend this tour.

Did not experience the tour. Unfortunately we missed the bus due to traffic. We did go to the museum on our own and it was fabulous. I have a lot of pictures and we bought some items from the store.

Mr Map and Calvin went above and beyond, taking our pictures , negotiating road blocks! Mr Map’s background as an urban planner and native Washingtonian brought the city to life. I especially loved his references to the past with a personal touch
