Our family had an absolutely first-rate experience with Matt (Pilot) and Mike (Flight Crew). Check-in was easy, we learned some interesting facts about the area on the way to the launch site, and then of course the best part: the balloon ride! Matt did an outstanding job keeping things safe and enjoyable. We learned about the history of ballooning, saw some incredible views, got some amazing photos (a number of them taken by Matt), and then after we touched down had some delicious snacks during a picturesque sunset. This was an absolute bucket-list experience that we highly recommend. Thank you Matt and Mike for showing us such a great time!

This was my first time in a hot air balloon. I was staying at a resort in Phoenix and the concierge there was recommending this to guests, we got a discount if booking through the resort. So I decided to try this as I had never done it before. The staff was great they were were friendly and work hard to try to make this a enjoyable experience for the guests. Our pilot Matt, and Driver, Gary, were both great and deserve recognition for their work. My first two trips were cancelled due to weather but I made it on the third. My biggest disappointment with this was they packed us into the basket so tight that there was very little space to move or turn around and look at things, it was uncomfortable. they do offer private flights for a extra fee and if you want a enjoyable trip with your group/family I would recommend a private flight over a group flight where you are going to be packed in with a bunch of people you don't know. The other thing is they lost their take off/landing area near the airport due to new commercial development and they are having to drive guests out into the desert to start and end these trips. It is a pretty significant distance from the meeting place in their shuttle van. It was a neat experience to get to go up in the balloon but they could have made it more enjoyable by not packing us into the basket so tightly.

Fabulous experience for me and my daughter! Matt and crew were exceptionally informative and helpful! Topped off the afternoon with champagne and hors Dā€™oeuvres. I will enjoy my commemorative champagne glass and memories for years to come.
