Great experience! The crew was friendly and advised for all safety precautions. Lunch and drinks provided was definitely an add that made the commitment an easy one. Highly recommend!

My trip was cancelled at the time we were supposed to leave. We were there early and one member went back to get towels quickly (we were at the Westin). We were warned that we were leaving at noon several times and I assured that it would only take 2 minutes. They gathered us at time of leaving and announced they were canceling the trip due to the bathroom being broke. They said they had been trying to fix all day. They were so pushy for our member to get back. They couldn’t reschedule our whole party the next day so I asked for a refund. Will not book with them again on our next trip.

We are are sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately, we need to have a restroom on board to operate. We cannot control maintenance problems and try to resolve them as fast as we can. We genuinely apologized multiple times while talking with each party to get rebooked or refunded.
