The crew was awesome. Anything you need they were right on it. As soon as my beer was running low, someone would be around to offer me another. The snorkeling was awesome. Swimming with the sea turtles was an incredible experience. Everything about the trip was awesome. Highly recommend. Mahalo.

My husband and I did snorkeling with Sea Maui while on our honeymoon and it was our favorite excursion of the whole trip! The crew at Sea Maui was so friendly and informative throughout the experience. They snorkeled with us and helped guide us to animals we may not have found on our own. The food was surprising awesome as well! Such a great experience overall, highly recommend!!

I wont recommend this to any beginner , Even if Viator confirms you that this is for beginner and crew will help but when you go the crew will not support you they just ask you to be on your own . And even if you know swimming its different in swim on middle of pacific . We hardly get chance to go into water .I was travelling with my spouse and 7 year kid . We all are new to snorkel before booking I confirmed many time but they said they will help .Its totally waste of money if you are new to book this particular tour .We enquired with Customer Care but no answer so far...

Viator has obviously misinformed you. This tour is in no way a private snorkel lesson, nor do we offer personal guides on our group tours. Our certified and trained crew MUST give equal attention to everyone on board and while in the water. This is a safety issue. They are responsible for all participants and cannot guide specific guests on their own as they need to keep eyes on everyone in case someone is in need of assistance. In this case, after speaking with the captain your swimming ability was in question. We REQUIRE that all guests be able to swim on their own. This is stated throughout our website and in confirmation emails. Thank you for your review, this will certainly be helpful for others who read it :-)
