The best tour(s) Iā€™ve ever taken! The Alcatraz tour was excellent with audio guidance so we could easily get ourselves through the prison in the outdoors grounds with a lot of information and history. The guided Bike Tour - which they graciously moved to another day for our party - was probably the best tour Iā€™ve ever taken in my life and Iā€™ve traveled all over the world. Our tour guide Judy was stellar- full of facts jokes historical stories and just a general sense of what it means to live in San Francisco. It is clear the tour guides at this company love what they do. Before we left on the tour the host employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. Bikes were excellent (we upgraded to electric bikes) and when we came back at the end of the day they were quick to return all of our deposit. Highly highly recommend this as an overview of how to get familiar with the San Francisco and northern mountains area.

The bike ride was very rushed and we never really had time to stop and take in our surroundings especially the Golden Gate Bridge my bike was very worn and I didnā€™t feel they made sure your bike was the right size so much so I ended up with bruises be aware that the ride takes you up some steep hills Alcatraz was an amazing place personally they have spend money updating the cells not the outbuildings it would of been good if they told you the cells Al Capone and the bird man were in also it would of been fun if they had actors playing inmates
