Enjoy two Classic Same Day San Francisco experiences in one day — a visit inside Alcatraz Island and an additional same day sightseeing Golden Gate Bridge Boat Cruise. Guests are assigned an Alcatraz boat and on the SAME DAY a Golden Gate Bridge sightseeing boat. Guests will be allotted enough time to experience both attractions.

Our tour is designed to be an easy package to experience two of the most popular attractions in one day. Relax as we pass along San Francisco’s breathtaking waterfront, passing under the Golden Gate and around Alcatraz! Learn the history of San Francisco Bay with open-air viewpoints and observe local marine life such as sea lions and more. Audio narration is provided.

Guests will be assigned an Alcatraz time slot by us somewhere between 8:45am and 4pm. We will assign your time slots and guests do not pick their slot.

Golden Gate Bridge

Allow 1-1.5 hours for this additional boat experience. This boat will pass along San Francisco’s breathtaking waterfront, sailing under the Golden Gate and around Alcatraz! Learn the history of San Francisco Bay in an open-air museum setting and observe local marine life such as sea lions, pelicans, whales and more.

A great way to see Alcatraz and learn about it's history and dark past. And it's brighter points too. The guide was highly knowledgeable and entertained us throughout. If you're heading to San Fran you must do this trip. Excellent!

Excellent boat trips to a) Alcatraz and b) Golden Gate Bridge area .Remember to print out the voucher for the later ride to the bridge.Arrived in time to catch our 10.15 am Alcatraz ferry but if arriving by tram at Fishermans Wharf you must walk up to Pier 33 to catch the Alcatraz boat.The other boat leaves from 31 look out for a little blue/yellow house type hut which serves as the booking office for check in .You can stay at Alcatraz for as long as wish in my case 2 hours was sufficient.Be advised there are several inclined ramps to walk up but a trolley is provided for those unable to walk unaided.Once inside the Penitentiary I took an unguided solo tour but had access free to a audio tour of the cell blocks which you simply press play on a small Walkman type player and put headphones on all provided.This was brilliant!The prison has toilets at top and bottom and a shop and book store.No cafe however or none that I noticed.

There was no Golden Gates Bridge tour included. We could see the bridge closer but the tour didn't go out of the way of a direct line to Alcatraz to include the bridge.

That is because you never read the many email we sent you. You would see that there was a second voucher for another boat at Pier 39 that takes you to Golden Gate Bridge.
