Relax with friends for lunch after your Alcatraz visit at a Wharf food location assigned by us. Guests can also upgrade their food package to a designated selection that better suits their needs! (Note: Guests do not have lunch on Alcatraz island)

Guests will be assigned a predetermined Alcatraz Cruises ferry to the island and go inside the main cell house. Experience the award-winning cell house audio tour and return on any boat you desire returning every thirty minutes.

Enjoy a same-day with food credit per person off your bill to a preselected family chain dining restaurant located in Fisherman's Wharf. Enjoy lunch and relax before or after your Alcatraz departure. Due to social distancing requirements in the Cellhouse, there may be a lengthy wait for the Cellhouse Audio Tour. Please plan on a 3 hour Alcatraz Island tour experience, including roundtrip boat time. Audio tour is downloadable on your personal cell phone so bring headphones if you need them.

Package includes: • Round trip ferry boat access to Alcatraz Island from Pier 33 ($39.90 non refundable) • Alcatraz self guided audio tour downloadable on your phone • $15 same day food credit towards Wharf restaurant of this tour operators choice. No substitutions or future date use. Guests pay the difference of tip/tax/gratuity. Alcatraz will assign you a time to depart the Pier 33 Landing. You will take the short 15 minute boat road to experience Alcatraz Island. Stay as long as you would like and return on any ferry boat each half hour. Alcatraz portion provided by a third party company as a package. Restaurant of choice is only the food provider and does not handle any guest service issues on this package. NOTE: We do not accept any requests for food (i.e Vegan/kosher/etc) and is subject only to whatever is on the menu. We will not offer refunds for any requests or items not on the menu.

We had a great time in the Alcatraz tour.. the only thing that was disappointing was that the voucher for the food had a $0 balance when we went to use it and we wasted 1 hours trying to get them to give us a valid voucher.. if it wasn't for that I would have given a 5 star review

***UPDATE TO REVIEW* We had another guest on another date with that SAME server reject the gift card which had proper value as stated. We immediately determined that the server was new and did not know how to redeem. We apologize for our third party making this error and inconvenienced your family. Our biggest apologies for this issue. We buy our advance lunch gift cards in bulk and it appears one of the cards missed the activation process. We quickly contacted the vendor and was able to get this voucher reactivated for you while at the restaurant. We know this was a hassle for your family and appreciate your understanding. This was the first time this ever happened and was a rare occurrence based on technology. Thank you so much for patience and almost giving us the perfect score despite the hassle. You were amazing!

Alcatraz tour was great! But, Voucher for food, was not valid. Had to wait over an hour to wait to speak to someone and wait another 20 min for them to resolve the issue. Check and confirm everything when getting this package.
