Package includes: • Round trip ferry boat access to Alcatraz Island from Pier 33 ($39.90 non refundable) • Alcatraz self guided audio tour downloadable on your phone • $15 same day food credit towards Wharf restaurant of this tour operators choice. No substitutions or future date use. Guests pay the difference of tip/tax/gratuity. Alcatraz will assign you a time to depart the Pier 33 Landing. You will take the short 15 minute boat road to experience Alcatraz Island. Stay as long as you would like and return on any ferry boat each half hour. Alcatraz portion provided by a third party company as a package. Restaurant of choice is only the food provider and does not handle any guest service issues on this package. NOTE: We do not accept any requests for food (i.e Vegan/kosher/etc) and is subject only to whatever is on the menu. We will not offer refunds for any requests or items not on the menu.

Audio tour was included and downloadable on your phone as informed well in advance on Viator and at the boat dock. Audio devices are also available for rent should a phone not be present. Guests were also informed in advance that due to Govenor Newsome/Mayor Breed Covid related mandatory restrictions this is an outdoor grounds event with no access to inside buildings. This is clearly stated in the sales program and is not a surprise. Covid does not make this easy on anyone and Alcatraz is no exception. Alcatraz sat closed for four months and we are very fortunate they even allowed guests to step foot on the island again despite the challenges. We apologize that you did not enjoy your trip.

$250 for tickets and we were unable to go inside Alcatraz. We also waited in the sun for an hour to board without on shade or drinks available

Covid Restrictions are in place and we were blessed Alcatraz is operating at all. We advised all guests one month in advance of the outdoor only local law ordinances and offered a refund for should you have requested to cancel. There is no record of any cancel requests at any time and the tour proceeded as informed. Mayor Breed stated museums during Covid are to be outside only and access inside buildings at this time is not permitted. Boats are also to be outside seating only due to Covid. The date you happened to visit was record breaking heat which is unusual for San Francisco. We are sorry that you found this tour not to your standards during Covid related mandatory restrictions. Let us know when you will be in San Francisco at a future date when Alcatraz is running as normal without Covid related closures. We will do our best to re accommodate you as a courtesy.

A little disappointed about the price and what value I received vs others. The lunch coupon was ok but not worth the extra I paid. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. If you have physical challenges, they have made accommodations.

Thank you for your feedback. We ask that one also factor in that a business has high labor,rent,insurance, fees, and other items that prevent us from selling packages at an at cost rate that a guest may desire. It is essential to also figure in the peace of mind factor that they have secured tickets in advance as a convenience that has added value. Guests should also book in advance to get the lowest rate possible as dates sell out well in advance.
