Guests will be assigned a predetermined Alcatraz Cruises ferry to the island and go inside the main cell house. Experience the award-winning cell house audio tour and return on any boat you desire returning every thirty minutes.

Package includes: • Round trip ferry boat access to Alcatraz Island from Pier 33 ($39.90 non refundable) • Alcatraz self guided audio tour downloadable on your phone • $15 same day food credit towards Wharf restaurant of this tour operators choice. No substitutions or future date use. Guests pay the difference of tip/tax/gratuity. Alcatraz will assign you a time to depart the Pier 33 Landing. You will take the short 15 minute boat road to experience Alcatraz Island. Stay as long as you would like and return on any ferry boat each half hour. Alcatraz portion provided by a third party company as a package. Restaurant of choice is only the food provider and does not handle any guest service issues on this package. NOTE: We do not accept any requests for food (i.e Vegan/kosher/etc) and is subject only to whatever is on the menu. We will not offer refunds for any requests or items not on the menu.

Tour wise, it was great! Booking left me highly stressed up until 8PM the day prior. It allows you to pay for what you believe is an available date. Then the email says the booking is pending availabiltiy. I waited a couple of days to find out we were rejected. We weren't charged. Then on a Saturday I booked for Tuesday. It was Monday night at 8 before we were confirmed and charged. I tried calling but voicemail was full. They say there's an email under their number but there is not one. I used the reply button on my phone but it didn't go through. It finally did on my laptop. It was a good trip though. Just be ready to sit and wait.

Greatly enjoyed this tour of Alcatraz. It was a bucket list item that didn't disappoint. That said.... the tour provider. I am specifically referring to the local company sub-contracted through Viator. The company offered very little communication, no way to contact directly and was nowhere to be found for the relaxed lunch part. We were not confirmed until 1 day before the tour and also came to find out that they were more much expensive than even the JW Marriott could offer the same slot. Viator itself handled our disappointment well and offered a refund for the food vouchers. Refunding $15 per person, brought the price down to $115 per person. This is roughly double what I found for pricing locally and 3X the amount that I would have paid directly to the Alcatraz tour, had I been able to plan. My personal opinion is that I was willing to pay more due to short notice, Viator handled my issue but needs to re-evaluate using this specific provider.

Easy instructions and audio tour Alcatraz provided was great. Dinner at the restraunt was great Italian food. Even my fussy kids are it. Be sure to use your voucher
