We rented 2 mobility scooters for my parents who are 81 and 85 years old. This was exactly what we needed for them to be able to see the Falls. Gaelen delivered them to our hotel ( Comfort Inn-I believe delivery is based on where you stay) fully charged and ready to go. The scooters were perfect. They looked brand new..they were clean and very simple to use. These scooters allowed our parents to go all the way to Goat Island and back. They toured the park, went to the casino and all the souvenir shops. These were perfect because they allowed us to enjoy our vacation and didn't have to worry about our parents overdoing it or tripping/falling. I would recommend this service to anyone. Wonderful experience! Because of our scooter rental, we were able to see everything! This was a huge help! Our 13yo and 15yo loved them so they were not bored at all. They held a charge allll day and were super fast. The owner even picked the scooters up the next morning because we were leaving town. Would highly recommend!

That was great! Vincent was so nice and helpful. My husband and I got to see the falls and the rapids. Without the scooter I never would have been able to do. They were right across from the park and with the ADA detour kind people visiting the park directed us. Everyone was nice! It was an exciting beautiful time and on the way back to our hotel we saw a beautiful rainbow! Thanks so much for being there with mobility scooters!! You fill a need and really enrich our lives. Our disabilities don't slow us down!
