Falling Knife Brewing Co.

First stop on the tour! Falling Knife is a Northeast Minneapolis hidden gem, a 20-barrel brewhouse producing incredible beers. Your driver/tour guide will help coordinate beer tasting.

Fair State Brewing Cooperative

Second stop on the tour! Fair State Co-op is the first cooperatively-owned brewery in Minnesota, and the third in the country. They are famous for their Innovative small-batch beers that feature hard-to-source and local ingredients. Your driver/tour guide will help coordinate beer tasting.

56 Brewing

Third stop on the tour! 56 brewing will blow you away with their unique selection of craft beer for every mood; try Crispy Business or Lake Hopper, or let your driver/tour guide suggest some options.

My son and I did the 3 hour AI tour during a visit to Minneapolis, and I'm really happy that we did it. Eric was a great guide, and the three places we stopped - 56 Brewing, Fair State, and Bauhaus - were all terrific as well. We had SO much great beer, and it was great to chat with fellow enthusiasts as we checked out all of the brews. If you're in town, do this tour; you won't be disappointed.

Whether you're Minnesota Locals or Travelin' Fools (like us), this is a great way to share time, laughs, and, yes, beers! You can do it, too, without worrying about who's going to drive, where to go first, or where to park. Don't let the bus scare you, either, as it really does make a great backdrop for photos along the way. AND, if you get Pete as your driver (or a driver as cool as Pete), you'll be given valuable insight on both the neighborhoods and the breweries. He made the introductions between groups easy and everybody enjoyed conversation (and, yes, beers) throughout the evening. Thank you TripAdvisor & Bitter MN for the memories! OH Travelers

Our guide Eric was amazing! He was engaging and very knowledgeable of craft beers and the different brewery's. We enjoyed all three breweries that we went to. We had a great time and I highly recommend this tour.
