First stop on the tour! Falling Knife is a Northeast Minneapolis hidden gem, a 20-barrel brewhouse producing incredible beers. Your driver/tour guide will help coordinate beer tasting.

Fair State Brewing Cooperative

Second stop on the tour! Fair State Co-op is the first cooperatively-owned brewery in Minnesota, and the third in the country. They are famous for their Innovative small-batch beers that feature hard-to-source and local ingredients. Your driver/tour guide will help coordinate beer tasting.

56 Brewing

Third stop on the tour! 56 brewing will blow you away with their unique selection of craft beer for every mood; try Crispy Business or Lake Hopper, or let your driver/tour guide suggest some options.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the bitter beer bus tour. We went to 3 different breweries and all were unique in their own way. The most unique part of it all was riding in the blue bus. They offered snacks to help soak up the beers we were sampling and waters to stay hydrated. The driver was excellent and made us feel at home. Overall I had an absolute blast and can't wait to experience the bus tour again.

I recently took this tour with a friend and had a great time. Jon, our tour guide, was very helpful explaining beer tips and providing information for each stop. Jim, our driver, was fun and professional. I was impressed with the drink selection at each stop and the food trucks were a nice bonus. I highly recommend this tour to anyone that enjoys beer, cider, and learning about our local breweries.

Such a fun experience! All the breweries that were chosen to visit were all very welcoming and friendly. The tour was also very organized and the owners of the Bitter Minnesota were very knowledgable. Would definitely go on the tour again :)
