Ever wonder what it's like to sail to an island and spend overnight in your private cabin at anchor? We now provide a condensed, full service, weekend escape at a fraction of a typical week-long charter.

Come aboard BluReverie, a brand new 48-foot sailing catamaran capable of open ocean voyages. We can accommodate up to 10 adult guests (12 total with children), in 3 queen size bedrooms and 2 bunk-bed cabins with ensuite bathroom and shower. With an open forward deck and a fly-bridge offering 360 degree views, you will experience the bay like never before.

We need at least 48 hour advance notice to make sure we secure the food to provide the meals our guests will enjoy. Prior to booking we will contact guests for food preferences and we will do our best to accommodate.
Guest safety is our highest priority. Cancelations may occur due to ANY safety concerns or unfavorable weather such as high-winds as determined by the captain.
We can accommodate 10 adults, or 12 guests total if young children are able to share accommodation.
Accommodations - 3 suites with queen size beds and 2 suites with bunk beds (all rooms with en-suite bathroom and shower)
Children 17 years and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult
Weather - Daytime are sunny ~75 and nighttime lows ~55, bring layers of warm clothing to adjust to changes
BYOB: Guests may bring their own wine and share during dinner.
We will provide most of what you will need such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, blankets, pillows, food, snacks, drinks, 120V AC power and of course lifejackets
What you should bring: soft rubber soled shoes, soft luggage (instead of hard suitcase), sunglasses, hat, toothbrush & toothpaste, hair brush, sunscreen, bathing suit (optional), jacket & windbreaker, beach towel (optional), water bottle to take on a hike, hiking shoes, cash for facilities at the island.
Will I get seasick? Unlike sailing in the open ocean, sailing within the San Francisco Bay is generally very smooth as it is well protected from wind and waves. We are not aggressive sailors and making the trip as comfortable as possible is our priority. For example, depending on the weather we may depart earlier Saturday morning to avoid windy conditions.
There will be ample free parking when you arrive.
There is continuous phone reception throughout the journey. Each cabin is equipped with 120V AC and at least two USB ports which you can use to charge your phone.
Rooms have showers and hot water.
We have lifejackets onboard for each passenger in case of emergency. Swimming is not required, however, do let us know ahead of time if you do not know how to swim.
Smoking anywhere on the boat is prohibited, no exceptions.
This experience is family friendly and great for kids.

My trip abord BluReverie waslike nothing I've experienced before. Every detail of the trip was planned out beautifully, from the delicious meals, to the cozy sleeping arrangements, to the island adventure. Carlos and Sophie make it easy to come aboard, relax and enjoy your time in good company without having to worry too much about the details. On my trip, I was joined by my girlfriend and six other other friends. The boat had plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably during the night, enjoy meals around the table, and roam the deck and soak up the sun during the sail. It was truly an unforgettable and unique experience all around. I would recommend BluReverie to any couple, group of friends, or family looking for a relaxing weekend getaway.

This trip lived true to its name, and was really magical. Both Carlos, and Sophie are amazing hosts and went above and beyond to make this trip special for everyone. We went for a weekend escape along with family and friends (4 adults and 4 kids). It was 5 star experience from the word go, starting with the welcome email which we received few days before the trip. It had all the details you can hope for an more..what to bring, what not to bring, etc (mostly what not to bring as they expect guests to just come and enjoy). As soon as we entered the boat, kids room were very well decorated with kids were amazed. In addition to that, Carlos was baking some fresh cookies. So you can imagine the kids excitement level. Best part was that the trip only got better from there. Carlos and Sophie took care of minutest of details, and took us to angel island next morning while serving us freshly made breakfast. As we reached angel island, Sophie gave kids snacks which they could take for hiking, etc. These small things made the stay so special for kids. We adults were also taken good care of :) - from super special dinner served next day, to telling us all the fun details about sailing, and making sure all the best moments were captured. For me best thing was that both Carlos and Sophie have other full time jobs, and they are doing this out of pure passion. I would highly recommend this to all my friends and family, and waiting myself to go again next.

The sailing adventure with Carlos was one of the most memorable trips of 2021! I have known Carlos for a few years, but this was the first time I saw him set sail to what was promised as the “Magical Islandic Destination”! Having never visited it before, this was definitively, the best way to have done it. Not only is the experience more personal, but you also have exclusive access to the island, after the last ferry has carried most visitors out around 4 PM. The interiors on the boat are rife with attention to detail. It changed my perspective on how what can be done with such little space as on a 48-feet catamaran. There was more food than we could eat, more sun than we brought sunscreen for and more room in the cabins than we needed for a weekend trip! It was nice that the crew had dramamine for when the waves got choppy briefly during the tour. Overall, I highly recommend this trip. It is amazing to be led by people who go above and beyond to provide a positive experiences to their guests.
