From the first moment I had a question about the lunch options until the end of the tour for my group, everyone on the staff was in constant communication to make sure the bachelor party I was planning was up to speed. Once booked the ease of communication was great and check-ins frequently helped with any last minute changes. The day of the tour, the bus arrived on time and were provided with the amenities promised. Our driver was great as she kept us on schedule and keep us up to date on what we were to be expecting next. The cooler and snacks provided helped a lot as we went through the day and the BYOB didn't hurt either. I highly suggest doing the lunch option if you aren't bringing any of your own food. My group was a bit slow moving from Friday night activities but most were able to bounce back after eating the lunch. The tour itself provided a nice spectrum of distilleries that all had their own unique style and offered something for everyone in my group of 9. All of the tour guides were great and provided more than enough tastings for everyone. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to try different distilleries but not spend a ton of time traveling to different places and taking up most of the day!
