My wife and I, along with a small group, thoroughly enjoyed this wine tasting experience. It was educational, too. Who would have thought that a perfect microclimate could exist in a desert like area slightly inland from the Pacific Ocean not far from San Diego, California. We felt very safe with our tour driver, George, who did an exellent job driving us from vineyard to vineyard. Our tour guide, Sandie, was exceptional, knowledgeable, and very helpful with every detail. We highly recommend this tour. Learn why rose bushes are planted around the perimeters of the vineyards. Learn how the citrus groves in the area help the vineyards. Oh, did I forget to mention...the wine is great, also!
