The tour started out a mess. We were shoved on a bus with no leg room when i say no legroom my legs were literally up against the chair in front. The buses weee poorly maintained. Old and missing arm rests. The stops were ok except for the snorkeling at turtle beach which was filthy, alot of homeless people and a waste of time. The only positive was the tour guide Paul he was great but never again will i do a tour like this. You are better off renting a car and going on your own or go with another tour operator that uses the bigger busses.

I know Paul, he's a nice guy. I see him at Ala Moana after work almost every day. I'm glad you enjoyed your day with him but not so much the buses his company uses. Paul works for a different company than us but we get their reviews on our board frequently due to the similar names. If your wondering - when we have large groups or it's busy during season we may sometimes use a Ford E-650 (seats 33). That's the biggest we have though and we rarely use them. Mostly our bread and butter are Ford E-450's so it's as wide as a city bus. For private tours we also have vehicles that seat 7, 11, 14, and 21 passengers. We also have multiple buses that wheelchair elevators and wheelchair seating for our guests who need assistance.

This company is completely incompetent I booked the "Full day tour" and all the booking info said 8am at my hotel... At 8.45 no bus, phone company and was told they had sent a text the day before saying 7.30am.. I never got a text and my phone is on 24/7. This company is clueless

Hey we are sorry we couldn't get a hold of you! My driver did swing by twice but it was obviously a communication thing. We do start picking up in Waikiki at 7:30AM as the tour starts at 8AM. It can be a little more tricky with our international guests but our dispatch does have international call / text so we recommend calling the number that's in the confirmation email.
