We booked this after reading great reviews but how disappointed we were. Guide was not at all professional. No badge or creditation. The coach was scruffy, seats damp from a previous trip and again no sign of company livery. I had to ask the guide's name after he brought us to collect snorkelling gear and confirm that we were on the correct tour. I have never been on tour with such a poor commentary. Mostly pointing out restaurants we were passing, places we could park(?) and roads that would bring us back to Honolulu. No jokes, stories or anecdotes about the area. We were directed to lookout points where other companies were giving great details to their clients. If only we could have jumped ship! To be fair he did a lot of talking but unfortunately not about subjects we expected and certainly not about the amazing geographical features we were passing. At Turtle Beach we had to queue to change in a small toilet in order to swim or snorkel. We did not see any turtles and, unlike previous reviews, there was absolutely no effort made to help us spot them. At the end of this trip I felt so annoyed, not at the cost of the tour financially, but that our precious time on this magnificent island had not been put to good use. We must have drawn the short straw as we didn't get the famous Rodney. We visited Pearl Harbour with E Noa company the following day. Such a professional guide. We learnt more about the island in the first 10 minutes than we learnt in 9 hours with Aloha Circle Island Tours.

Yikes, well I'm very sorry that happened to you. We don't go to Turtle Beach - what was your drivers name?

Rodney took such great care of us. The personal touch and inside Hawaii's back town places was awesome! He knows these streets inside and out...and we viewed plenty of turtles; one of the many jewels of the trip. If you come here a tour with Rodney is a must do! Thank you Rodney!
