We booked with Aloha Circle Island Tours because of the good reviews on trip advisor and because they offered a deal on their website. While the booking and confirmation went great, we nearly missed the tour because at the pickup point we were looking for a bus from Aloha Circle Island Tour. A driver from Go Hawaii Tours with a blue bus started to call out our name though. The tour in general was ok but we didnā€™t experience what the other reviews describe here. We made many stops on the way but most of them were just for 5 minutes. The longest stops were made at a random souvenir store, a macadamia farm, Fumis for lunch, the snorkeling beach and the Dole Plantation. The snorkeling stop was supposed to be the highlight. In a rather military tone a lady told us where we could go in the water and how the gear worked. She also told us we had to be out of the water by 2.15 because she and the lifeguard would leave at 2.30pm. So overall the 60 Minute stop at the chiefs beach came down to 30 minutes of snorkeling. Unfortunately the lifeguard in the water didnā€™t take the whole group to see the turtles so out of 20 people only 3 got to see them. We thought it was a bit disappointing that we didnā€™t stop at turtle beach at all. The guide was nice and the tour ok, but it felt a bit rushed. Also it seemed like a souvenir tour. I am guessing that Aloha Circle Island Tours didnā€™t have enough bookings and decided to assign us to a different company. Would have been nice if they had told us in advance because they send us a notification email the day before.

I don't nor like writing reviews but this one I had to. Seriously the best tour guide and uncle ever!!! He loves his island, people, and more important his guests. He will make sure you know and love the island as much as he does. Mahalo nui loa anakala tony! P.s. if you're not renting a car, totally worth the $$ and ride. Check out Groupon or call them direct for a deal. :)

Our tour guide was Corey and he was awesome! We had our grandparents with us who are pretty much can't walk and he helped so much with taking care of them. He is so welcoming and funny! My family is quiet because they are old but he made the trip so much more exciting for my sister and I. We take a LOT of pictures and he always offered to take it for us. He was also the tour guide for my cousins who came 2 months prior and they said don't go with anyone else but Corey and they were so right! Thanks Corey and Aloha Circle Island Tours for giving my family such a wonderful experience. ā¤ļø
