There was a miscommunication about our tour guide’s schedule to work for the day. He showed up late, which can happen. Instead of being bitter, once he arrived, he was on point and we had a great time! He didn’t let the miscommunication ruin our experience. Also, the man at the store did everything he could to calm the parties who were impatient. The guy at the front desk handled adversity like a true leader. I’d book again through this place.
