We were incredibly excited to drive the go carts and so we purchased the three pack. The carts don’t go very fast and if anybody slows down everyone slows down. We were never really able to go very fast at all, therefore we would definitely skip karting in the future. When we spoke to management about our dissatisfaction in the karting, they went above and beyond to make us happy. They were absolutely incredible to deal with. When it comes to customer service this place has it down pat. We started off frustrated at the experience but left with smiles on our faces at the care we were given. They gave us a credit and we were more than happy with this solution. Thank you again to the fantastic management!!!!

Went 5/15/2021 Long waits for mediocre karting. My lawnmower went faster than the junior karts. Went to restaurant and it was empty and was told we had to wait 25 minutes. Staff was not pleasant at all. Would never go back.

The cars themselves were great. So fast and not a putt putt experience. You really have to work the course. A fun challenge. The staff, though, have to realize that when customers are wearing helmets and the noise of the arcade and cars make it hard to hear, especially when they are yelling to each other and goofing around. You don't know if they are yelling at you or not. The "safety briefing" was rattled off ..about a dozen sentences in 6 seconds...Huh? We didn't catch a word of it. Staff need to realize that even though they repeat the same briefing each group over and over, it is the first and only time the group is hearing it. She rambled it off so quickly, that with the speed speech and helmets we got nothing. Luckily, we've done go carts at other places in the past, but these were improved cars. We figured it out and luckily did not stall.
