This was our first visit to Andretti's. We decided to try their "boutique bowling". The bowling area was nice but is not a bowling alley for an avid bowler. You can only use their house balls (from 6 to 12lbs available) and the pins are held up by strings. Sometimes it took awhile for the pins to be reset because the strings would tangle (you are paying an hourly rate $30 for up to 6 people per lane). My husband wanted to try the electric Karting. You first have to electronically register and sign a waiver (for each person karting) then get on line to pay for the Karting and/or game card for the arcade. Each kart race will cost you about $22 (each race lasts about 15 mins). The Karting will give you a scheduled time and track for your race. The bathrooms were immaculate even for a place of that size and the amount of people in and out of that place. They had your normal everyday arcade games but also had a couple of virtual reality options as well. There is a bar and a place to sit and eat while the kids are off playing. Not a bad place to spend some time but you will be spending some money.

Not a good customer service! When we arrived there were two employees opening the doors (entrance) and none of them greeted us. One employee was so focused on his cellphone. Once inside there were no directions where to go next. One employee walked by so by wife quickly asked her and she pointed to waiver station. After I registered my kids and myself, I proceeded to the counter , there was not line at all , one employee was attending a customer . There was lat least six high schoolers or college young adults behind the counter just talking not doing anything. I had to call their attention of the group to have a person to take my waiver ticket to finalize the check-in process, no proper greeting was also given. Then the other experience was at the track 3 go-karts . We were the only three people (two kids and myself) for the 3:44PM race slot. We went thru a brief instructions of the track flags. Then we proceeded to the stairs to get into the go-karts , again not even a “Hello” or any greetings. The employee looked bothered we were there in the emptied race track. He gave us a few quick instructions with an attitude like I was making him work extra. I sat down on my go-kart, my son and my daughter in their respective go-karts a quick instructions was given but the guys continued to have an attitude until we finished the race , I remind you again, we were the only three people in the entire race track. Once we were done with the race, my son is 14 so he missed to totally push the break so he slightly hit an empty/parked car at front of him and the employee yield at him and continued to tell get out /get up and exit. Then we proceeded upstairs to return the equipment when my son realized that he left his cellphone in the go-kart. So he went again to the race track area to claim his cellphone. My 14 years old came back and told these people have some bad attitude, the employee looked at me like why are you back?!. Even my 8 and 11 years daughters quickly picked up on the bad customer service skills. Perhaps the employees will benefit of a few soft skills or customer service approach training, anyways that’s my opinion. Another area of concern with the current COVID-19 pandemia is that there is no proper / frequent cleaning of the Arcade area. We were there for about three hours and we did not witness anyone cleaning these areas! Overall, there a lot to do in this place with a lot of people to do for family. They need to improve the customer service skills.

It was fun we had a great time! Go carts were great! Tracks are tight and hard to pass, but fun and fast.
