We were in Las Vegas and the 3 of decided we wanted to do a bit of local nature. After looking at all the options we selected to do a raft tour on the Colorado River, we booked via Viator and the vendor was on time at 815am to pick us up and start the journey below the Hoover Dam, it took a while to get there, but eventually we boarded the raft and off we went. Itā€™s an amazing river, the water is clean 98% for drinking and at some points its 30 feet deep. You know you in Nature floating down the river and looking at the rocky banks with some small ā€œbeachesā€ you can stop for swimming when the water is not below 50 degrees. We enjoyed every moment of our 3 hour journey. The lunch they offered sucked, we were starving by the time we got back to Vegas LOL. The trip ends on the Arizona side where the clock/time never changesā€¦weird and funny at the same time, two states separated by a river having different time zones. A must do! Next time we want to rent canoes and do it on our own.

What an amazing experience! It was soo beautiful! The guides pilot, truck driver/canyon guide, bus driver, raft driver were very knowledgeable. We learned so much about the history of the area and the power of wind and water. I highly recommend this trip!
