Overview

Your daylong expedition starts at the Grand Canyon Airport (South Rim) with a 1-hour plane ride over the Grand Canyon's East Rim, the Colorado River, and Lake Powell. Then receive a picnic-style lunch and board your motorized raft to float 15.5 miles (25 km) along the Colorado River through Glen Canyon as your guide talks about the history and geology of the area. A 30-minute hike is also included.

For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing 300 pounds or more will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour

So the first part of this trip is amazing and very well organized. The flight, the rafting trip, the tour of the Antelope canyon. The challenge we had was that they hike was about 10 minutes not 30 minutes. You walk out of the Canyon and over to a staircase back to the transportation that brought you to the canyon. Then at the end of the day - we assumed we would fly back, but no it was a 3 hour bus ride. Way too long after a long day and not good with kids.

Everything was on time, everyone was very respectful and the views are amazingly beautiful. I did this for my birthday and it was the best decision I made. It's worth the price don't let that fool you...treat yourself.

The flight over the canyon was nice and antelope canyon was awesome - the raft ride was a little boring and the trip over all was a very long day. It would have been nice if they were more accurate telling you a backpack was not allowed when it was
