Arizona Memorial Pearl Harbor and Historic Honolulu City Tour from Maui

Overview
Looking for Pearl Harbor city tour? Stop searching, we have got you covered. Make the most of your trip to Honolulu. Book now to avoid long waits & disappointment.

We start at Pearl Harbor where you will come face to face with the dramatic and tragic events of December 7, 1941 when the Japanese forces launched a surprise attack on Oahu. The USS Arizona took a direct hit, sank within minutes, and 1,177 seamen went down with their ship. Watch these historic events unfold during the 23-minute documentary complete with original archival footage of that fateful morning. Back at Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, the museum houses the Road to War and Attack galleries with photos, memorabilia, and artifacts along with an excellent bookstore featuring WWII memorabilia, books, and souvenirs. After Pearl Harbor, our tour continues to Historic Downtown Honolulu. Our guide will point out famous architectural landmarks like Iolani Palace, Kawaiahao Church, and the statue of King Kamehameha the Great.

We were picked up at our hotel and carried on a comfortable tour bus. The tour guide was amazing and interesting with her local knowledge. The tour included the Arizona Memorial, the USS Missouri where the Japanese formally surrendered, the Punchbowl cemetery and other historical Honolulu sites.

We flew from Maui to Honolulu and were met by Shannon (our tour guide). We did Pearl Harbor, the Dole plantation, the macadamia nut and coffee farm, drove through many old parts of the city and Waikiki and the Polynesian Cultural Center. Shannon was fabulous. He was knowledgeable and was great fun. Would do this tour again if we could get him

My wife and I were trying to figure out if we should rent a car or book a tour to see all things beyond Waikiki. So glad we went with Dennis and this bus tour. We got to see just enough of everything on our list, in an air conditioned bus and with some awesome live narration. Dennis will do a phenomenal job taking care of you at each stop – making sure you have all of the insider info to make the most of your visits. Can’t recommend this tour enough and shout-out to Dennis for making our trip FANTASTIC!
