Loved how Ariel would have fun with his ohana. Would definitely take a trip with him again. Was told a lot about the history of O'ahu.

Worst experience of our vacation. This is a long review but worth the time if you are considering. My husband and I took our family of 12 to the Big Island to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I thought getting a tour company to get us from Kona to Pearl Harbor was a wise choice. Maneuvering a big group can be daunting. I should have done it myself! We paid way too much for what we got, about $4500. The tour says 9Am-4Pm. Jason told us they were to pick us up at airport in Honolulu at 9. The next thing I know our plane leaves Kona at 6AM! So We thought good, we would have time to eat breakfast in Honolulu airport. I was suppose to get info about van driver, but didn’t. Our driver called me at 7:30AM. He was there already. We scrambled to get to van having no idea where to meet him! Couldn’t get Jason to answer phone. We were hungry and rushed. The driver called Jason and I heard Jason say “ Can she hear us?” Driver moved to a position so I couldn’t hear. I then found out that the lines and wait time to Arizona Memorial were so long we needed to be extra early to get in because we were standby not reserved tickets! What? The tour info says admission and tickets included. The tour guide dropped us off at Pearl Harbor and left. He was running shuttles to and fro airport all day! We waited in line for Arizona Memorial for 3.5 hours with teens and children. When we finally got in they ushered us straight to boat and we didn’t see film. By the time we got back from Arizona we had to find food outside the park. One restaurant in walking distance. Long wait. When finished it was time for driver to pick us up for 30 minute tour of Honolulu. Rick the driver did a good job of sharing history. The tour itinerary says visit all the sites but we just drove by. So beware of Jason and this tour. I could have planned this myself for about $2000. I believe the info about this tour to be misleading and fraudulent.

Do not book this trip. It was a rip off. They don't make reservations for the Arizona Memorial, they put you on stand by, which means you stand in line for hours only to be passed up by people who made reservations in advance. Then the historical tour of Honolulu is a drive down a couple of streets with a guide who knows less than you. We could have booked our own flight from the Big Island and back for far less money and the Arizona is free to get into.
