We did the full day rafting trip with Mild to Wild Rafting. Their customer service is exceptional. They gave us updates as the date got closure and assurance that we were in good hands even though the water level was very high and fast from recent rain. They also provided helmets with mounts for our go pros at no extra cost. I was worried about being cold, but they provide wetsuits, lifevests, helmets, wet shoes, and dry jackets so I was very comfortable even though we got splashed pretty good. The safety briefing was thorough and left no doubts of concern. The staff if pretty funny and cracked jokes all day. Our guide, (forgive me but I forgot his name) Miko? (blond hair to his shoulders, blue guys, muscular) was fantastic! In a few minutes he showed us how to paddle properly and in sync to his paddle calls. He knew the river very well and warned us and gave details on on the rapids prior to us approaching. The scenery is beautiful and Miko? gave us stories about the local sights. We had a blast and loved the rapids that our guide seemed to help us hit perfectly! The steak lunch they provided was awesome too. All the staff was very friendly and fun. Thank you, we will be booking more trips :)
