We were no-showed. They said our flight was early, but other driver services were there in baggage claim. It is the car services responsibility to check with the airline as to flight status. Had to call and wait for Uber after a 14 hour day of return from overseas travel. We booked this for seamless transportation from DFW airport to home.

Dear customer, this is your fault. You changed your flight and arrived early. The flight listed on the reservation, DL1341, was scheduled to arrive at 7:58 pm. And you arrived on another flight ahead of time and wrote to the driver at 7:12 pm, when your specified flight on the reservation was still flying and in the air. The driver was followed on the flight that was indicated in the reservation. And no one has informed us about the new flight. And changes in the last 24 hours are not accepted. After your arrival, you did not want to wait for your driver, as he followed the flight that was indicated in the reservation.
