Our flight arrived on time. We waited 50 mins and the transporter never showed. After trying to contact the company several times with no luck, we contacted another number provided to us. This person answered and stated that he had cancelled the booking with the company 4 days prior due to not having anyone to do the transport but the company never let us know and still took our money which we are now in the process of trying to get a refund. The lack of communication and professionalism is so absurd! We still have not heard from the company yet.
