The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because I was (in writing) told my driver Sergio would have a sign to meet and greet at the Newark airport, but he wasn’t told and was circling the airport. It all worked out though because we communicated through text and he came inside. The car was beautiful and clean and he got me to my destination in Manhattan. He was courteous.
