When we arrived and went out to the lobby, the person greeting us was a little confusing and took a while. I wish there had been a little more guidance. The car was a little old, but I guess that's how it is in Hawaii. The driver was a cheerful person and a good driver, so I felt at ease in the car.

It felt expensive because of the weak yen. My flight arrived early, but when they found out, they came early and waited for me. They were kind and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use their services again.

The transfer worked really well. The driver was super friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who didn't book a transfer. The only thing I found unfortunate was that we couldn't find the pick-up point straight away. That could be described a little better. But the driver was so nice and waited for us.
