We booked the shuttle for transportation from the airport to our condo. Our flight was well over an hour late but they checked in with us and were waiting by the time we got our luggage. The website said the driver would be at the luggage area with a sign and our name on it but instead advised us over the phone. Unfortunately we misunderstood and walked all over looking for the van. The driver was friendly and courteous. He even waited at the office while we got the keys and to us directly to our room. Overall a very good experience

If you read the description, and how you will be met, or the help that you will receive; you will be disappointed. I was not expecting a grand gesture for the price of the ride as it is the cheap, just a driver with right shirt color shirt for identification as listed or even be at the location stated at the baggage claim would have been nice. I had to hunt and search for the van and knock on the door for the driver to become aware we were there. In addition, I had to ask for his help and walk him to the baggage claim - 100 Ft from the street to get his help, again per the description of what they state they will provide. Eric

It was wonderful to have met Emily right at the baggage carousel! Nice to be greeted with a friendly face! We were exhausted from the flight, and so grateful that Emily insisted that she load our bags...she also suggested some nice places to have lunch and dinner as we made our way to the hotel. I would definitely recommend that visitors take advantage of the convenience of this shuttle service to and from the airport when visiting!
