This is where troops rallied before the "Battle of Asheville" in the Civil War. Southern ghosts still violently shove some people to the ground, and spectral drums are heard beating in the night.

This was a good and fun time. The guide was funny and knew a lot of history of Asheville. It was amazing!! We definitely would recommend it to family and friends.

We enjoyed our tour last night along with 64 other people. The guide is knowledgeable about local folklore. He was so animated and funny. It was so worth it.

Tad our guide was great. He took us on a nice walking tour telling us about the ghostly past of Asheville and notorious murders. The ghost museum in the basement of the Masons lodge at the end was kind of cheesy. All in all a nice walk. Don’t go expecting to get scared or see ghosts. I rated a three but would give three and a half if I could.
