What To Expect
1
Pack Square
An Asheville mayor killed himself in the Jackson building. How may people have jumped from the top? And why is there a bulls-eye on the sidewalk below? Learn about the ghoul of the old jail, Thomas Wolfe's ghost, Helen's Bridge, and more!
2
Grove Arcade
Hear the controversial story of the murder of Helen Clevenger in the Battery Park Hotel, and why a blood-red haze is said to appear around her murder-room window on the anniversary of the tragedy.
3
Basilica of Saint Lawrence
This building's architect is entombed in the wall of this church, and his apparition is seen roaming in the night, gazing, in awe, at the world-class dome he constructed with a secret method.
4
Thomas Wolfe Memorial
The spirits of the great author (Look Homeward, Angel), and his brother, roam the halls of this storied mansion. Thomas Wolfe even wrote about spirits before he died at age 37. Wait till you hear the full story!
5
Pritchard Park
This is where troops rallied before the "Battle of Asheville" in the Civil War. Southern ghosts still violently shove some people to the ground, and spectral drums are heard beating in the night.

If you are looking for a historical and spooky tour of Asheville with true accounts included, this is the tour for you!
Brian was an excellent guide who brought in his own historical knowledge along with his personal experiences and research. This tour was fascinating (AND spooky!!).

The best ghost tour I've ever been on. Your guide was great. Definitely recommend this tour. A lot of history facts and questions were welcomed.

We never got an email about our tickets. We went to the meeting place, and there was nobody there. We tried to call and they donāt answer their phone, and it says on their phone voicemail message that you can only get their tickets from their website, which is a lie since we got it on here. We went trying to find them with the places on the lists and they were no where to be found. We decided to look each place up and investigate ourselves, and each place was only āallegedly or according to some people certain things happened hereā with nothing truly haunting about them. I donāt recommend you go unless you are ridiculously early and donāt care if itās just ghost stories people made up.

Admission to the tour can only be purchased online.
We donāt use tickets. Upon purchase, you are instantly sent at least one automated email.
All you do is show up on time and give your name. You obviously had that information.
Our tours leave on time. We ask customers to show up 10 minutes before tour time.
When we have 18 people who showed up on time, we do not keep them all waiting for the two who donāt show up on time.
Once the tour starts, we canāt help you find us.
The route changes every time, based upon other events in downtown Asheville, and we do not allow our guides to use a cell phone, once the tour starts, out of respect for the guests who have paid for the guideās full attention.
Who knows what you were reading when you āinvestigated yourselves.ā
Fortunately, everyone who showed up on time had a wonderful experience.
