This is where troops rallied before the "Battle of Asheville" in the Civil War. Southern ghosts still violently shove some people to the ground, and spectral drums are heard beating in the night.

Tad was a great guide. He had a great sense of humor. We enjoyed the background stories that tied into the ghost stories. He always arranged us so that we could all hear what he was saying which is not always the case with guided tours

Brian was a great “story teller” about the history of ghosts in Asheville. We were looking for a “fun” adventure while in Asheville. And so very glad that Brian was the one who was scheduled to do our tour. He is a teacher as well. We all thought “lucky” students to have him as a teacher. The time went by so quickly. And we learned a lot about the ghosts of Asheville.
