This is where troops rallied before the "Battle of Asheville" in the Civil War. Southern ghosts still violently shove some people to the ground, and spectral drums are heard beating in the night.

There were entirely too many people booked. You couldn’t hear anything the tour guide was saying. He told us he couldn’t be any louder due to a city ordinance but the Pubcycle went by MUCH louder as well as a wedding where one of the stops was. It was a complete waste of money.

This is a great tour to hear some creepy stories about hauntings throughout downtown Asheville. Tour guide was very entertaining and you can tell he loves his job. Be ready to walk!
