Asheville Private Waterfall Yoga Hike: Find Your Zen in Nature

Overview
Embark on a journey of the senses! Join Outdoor Yoga Tours on a sacred journey of The Blue Ridge Mountains in the Land of Waterfalls!
Chase waterfalls, connect with nature and yourself, while creating memories that will last a lifetime!

We offer private group (10 people max) experiences. Our adventures begin with a guided gentle hike in Dupont State Forest (1 miles). Dupont State Forest is home to 6 magical waterfalls and several majestic overlooks.

Additionally, an all-level 1 hour yoga class with a waterfall view is enjoyed. Imagine a gentle yoga flow connecting with your breath, your movements, and with nature.

We will conclude by leisurely hiking back to the parking area feeling
whole and complete and in awe of our shared adventure.
There are frequent stops throughout the tour for incredible photo opportunities!

Yoga mat provided. Come ready for an adventure!

DuPont State Recreational Forest
Embark on a journey of a lifetime! Your tour starts with an easy guided 2-3 mile hike in Dupont State Forest (AKA The Land of Waterfalls) approx. 30-40 from Asheville, NC. We will explore the Land of Waterfalls for an unforgettable experience. You will be immersed in nature while visiting the base of a large waterfall for views and pictures. We take our time and enjoy plenty of photo opportunities along our way. Additionally, we unwind with a gentle all-level 1 hour yoga practice. The forest, the waterfall, the quiet nook for yoga make for a beautiful day spent in nature. Give yourself a gift of self-love with this one of a kind pampering tour!

This whole experience was AMAZING! Candy guided my husband and I through the hiking trail, a yoga session, and to the base of the stunning waterfall. We had the most incredible time and would HIGHLY recommend!
