It was an amazing experience. He was great at instructing and made it a very enjoyable experience. The amount of food you get (20 pieces of dumplings) was worth it. Would definitely recommend it!!

Great time at the Dim Sum cooking class in NYC with Chefs Oliver and Ashley! Perfect mix of hands-on learning and eating. We definitely feel like we can go home and cook what we learned. Thanks again!
