Everything was set up. Chef Y was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and excellent. It was a perfect combo of being served, but engaging enough to learn a lot!

Chef Danny and crew were the ultimate hosts in the kitchen! We along with our classmates enjoyed the friendly banter, learning in the kitchen and eating our dumplings!
