Vanessa, our tour guide was awesome. She made the entire tour exciting with her knowledge of the underground tunnels. She had an upbeat personality and answered any questions that were asked during the tour. She helped take pictures and even shared them with us. I would take this tour again just to have her as my guide. I would highly recommend taking this tour, especially with Vanessa.

The tour was very interesting! We enjoyed everything . BUT the tour was excellent because of Vanessa , our wonderful guide!! Besides being great at what she does.. tour leader... she was a very nice, well educated person! thank you for having Vanessa as our tour leader!!

My wife and I did this tour not really knowing what to expect. Not only were the Christmas decorations tremendous in each part of buildings, but the information and history were both very interesting and well-presented. We also appreciated this guided tour because we surely have gotten absurdly lost and not known where to go considering the tunnels range for roughly 8-9 miles!! The tour guide Julie was really good, very personable yet kept it professional too. We got some good tips on what to do for the rest of our trip along with great Christmas photos of our visit. FYI: if you are staying in downtown, there might be a tunnel connection in your hotel
