I thought Spencer did an incredible job describing the historical locations and the ghost stories associated with each one. We were lucky to have a beautiful night to walk around, and a pleasant and small group of people on the tour. We did the extended tour, and I'm glad that we did. It added to the overall experience. I'm ready for my next tour. I'm hoping to see a ghost or two!

There were really a limited number of location for the tour. We were also approached by a homeless man who wouldnā€™t leave us alone. There were other shady characters along the route. My wife didnā€™t feel safe which took away from the experience. The guide did his best to keep on track.

It's not a super great tour. Although our tour guide tried her best to make it fun and exciting, there just was not a lot to see. At least twice we were told "this place isn't haunted but here's a story..." And "there is a great haunted place but we're not going there so I'll tell you the story." She did say there would be some history but they're wasn't even a lot of that and would have made this more interesting. It was a nice night for a walk but maybe not worth it if you're a ghost enthusiast.
