Have lunch at Ponce City Market and tour the Martin Luther King Memorial Site (Closed due to the pandemic but you will tour the outside portion of the MLK Memorial Site). You will have the ability to get off the bus at these sites to capture some photos and then get back on.

We will pass by The Swan House on the Buckhead Mansion Tour portion of this tour

Atlantic Station

We will pass by Atlantic Station while we are on the interstate highway.

Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail

We will walk on the Beltline for about 20 mins

Krog Street Market

We will tour Krog Street Market for about 5 -10 mins before getting on the Beltline

Ponce City Market

We will stop here for lunch for 30 mins.

My friends and I booked the 5-hour Atlanta sightseeing bus tour through Groupon. We hoped to get a good overview of the City with this tour. We happened to find this one. We were not disappointed. Don our tour guide and the drive where AMAZING! on 1/6/19. The 5-hour tour went very well, he stopped at a number of spots and he walked the areas with us the Rev. Martin Luther King, Jimmy Carter Library, Belt line, Ponce City Market, and in some spots the gave us 20 minutes to explore and shop. We stopped for lunch at CNN. We really learned a lot about the city and Don kept it interesting, particularly his harmonica and song interludes. Would definitely recommend this tour for those wanting to learn more about the city and get a good overview. I will also do it again in the spring with my husband. We are from NYC and moved here 14 yrs. + and he has never been to Downtown Atlanta. It was Great!!

We are visiting at the end of December though it did not rain today the forecast looked ominous so we book this bus tour the driver was super friendly the guide full of wonderful information

My mother and I took a short trip to Atlanta. From the time we met at the airport, we were in Atlanta for roughly 24 hours. We wanted a way to see as much as we could in Atlanta without renting a car and navigating the streets ourselves. I found the Bus Tour through Groupon and the deal was essentially a bogo ticket - awesome. The tour driver made us feel safe and the host was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered our questions with ease and added plenty of humor and fun facts. We explored history, food, drink and stunning mansions outside of downtown. I recommend this tour to anyone who is traveling to Atlanta that wants a deeper grasp on the city's history and what it has to offer tourists. Highly recommend!!
