Took my 15 year boys for a scuba experience and the instructor took off left the boys who were having equipment issues and needed more attention. It was pretty wavy and the water was coming in their snorkel. They walked out of the ocean after 5 minutes just was not fun for them. One of the boys snorkeled before and said this experience was awful.

I’d love to make a great review, but all I got was charged just for them to cancel for “rough ocean conditions” (usually the morning is the best ocean conditions so we were confused) TWICE and have to wait 5-7 days for my refunds which we will be gone by then so I can’t even pay for something else. But we found another snorkeling activity so not sure what ocean conditions they were looking at that was so bad, because we had a great time with someone else.
